Yoga and Chronic Illness: Choose a Practice That Works for You

Free Yoga Videos from Kayla Kurin, founder of Aroga Yoga, who has had CFS for 10 years and offers online yoga courses for fellow spoonies.  Her courses are specifically designed for people with CFS, Fibro, and Lyme, but can also benefit other chronic illness sufferers.

Yoga, My Bed, and M.E. are free YouTube videos made by Donna Owens, who has had ME since she was 12 years old.  She has adapted her yoga practice to fit her spoonie lifestyle, so these are perfect for fellow chronic illness sufferers.

Yoga with Adriene has free YouTube videos for different levels.  You kind of have to do trial and error with this one because it is not specifically designed for people with chronic illnesses.

The Feldenkrais Project has free audio recordings of Feldenkrais lessons (Feldenkrais is a holistic neuromuscular re-education program for reducing pain and improving awareness).
